Not paying your employees their salary ?

Singapore is very strict on companies not paying their employees' salaries on time. Under Singapore's Employment Act, company would need to pay their employees seven days after the salary period or within three days of employees' termination.

Failure of both may result a fine of SGD 5,000 and six months jail term for first-term offenders.
