If you were to take a closer look below the signs, you will find some small wordings as such..
- No smoking and littering within this building and its premises (including all stairways, gardens, car-parks, toilets, covered walkways and terraces)
- Fine up to S$1,000
- Smokers' particulars will be recorded and submitted to National Environment Agency (NEA) for action
- Be considerate and thank you for your cooperation
In a simple way to phrase all this... you are just not allow to smoke anywhere near here !
